After your personalized product is ready, we will share a preview for your confirmation. Once you approve it, your order will be processed for final dispatch.
Average delivery time: 5–7 business days (depending on your location and courier availability).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
You can easily cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production of your customized product begins — hence, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible beyond that time frame.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, don’t worry — we allow all customers to rectify their address within 48 hours of placing the order.
After this window, the order will be processed as per the provided address, and we will not be able to make changes or offer replacements due to incorrect information.
Please ensure your address details are accurate before confirming your order.
MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives with any missing item(s), please report it to us within 2 days of receiving your package.
